i wanna dye my hair too but i am scared to try :'D even semi-permanents ones, because i'm a redhead so i don't know if i must bleach my hair first, and then my eyebrows are also sadly red/blond, but i was told i could use make-up to darken them/make them appear black uwu"

lol! id say go for it, I would bleach though! hair color is kind of like paint so if i had blue on my hair and tried to dye it pink it would go purple~ as for eyebrows, My eyebrows are so blonde you cant even tell I have eyebrows, I usually fill mine in XP which is the fun part! I love doing ombre blue eyebrows but lean towards a dark color when I want to be more "natural" I mean as natural as you can get with blue hair and a collar and fangs lmao.
but yes! bleach first, then you can fil in your eyebrows with an angle brush and powder or a pomade or something~

thank you so much for replying :D i might try it in the next months then! everyone else says i'll regret it when my hair grows and it shows my natural hair color.. but semi-permanents one are supposed to fade after a time and all ;n; so i wanna color my hair and enjoy while i can fff

haha ya, my grey color faded out within two weeks, arctic fox is pretty good at fading slowly depending how you care for it~ might have some staining but it will fade a LOT
