This is Rurula in her humainoid form which she uses to hide her true form that resembles a mermaid though she keeps her blue hair for both. She was given the rank and command of the 8th squadran after she was granted her power over water from the great Dark Goddess who she now 'serves' making her the demi god of water in her royal army. Her squadran is normally formed around water creatures. she has a flirtatious attitude and is seen flirting with pretty much any man and sometimes woman she finds attractive. She is rather found of the 3rd squardrans commander The Duke for his ice ability and his unique ways that reminds her of herself a bit.



I plan on doing more of these people from my story, but felt like doing Rurula first lol and put a bit of information on her too. in the future I also will do her other form and full body, but for now just some torso's 8D
