So, Jon over at  PeterAndWhitney and I were talking about animation, and part of my animation training at my high school's special arts class was centered around recognizing patterns and techniques of other artists, allowing me to convert to a 'house style' of a production company should I find myself working in the animation industry... bad timing on my part, as I was learning animation back in 2000, right as the American animation industry DIED. I kinda wanted to show off my stuff, so I decided to participate in his Whitney Cosplay, and do my own rendition of Whitney in the outfit of another character.
Those of you who know me know I love fighting games, and one of the ones I played the crap out of was Rival Schools back in the day.... so I thought, "Why not?" and put Whitney in Tiffany Lord's outfit. We wanted to see if anyone noticed that it wasn't his work, so this has been finished for a few days, and now I can finally post it ;3 this was fun... and challenging! His style uses MUCH thicker line art than I'm used to. I might try my hand at emulating other artists I admire!
