I know, I was pretty shocked at first too.
Anyway, I figured that poor Bottoms Up Frost wasn't getting enough coverage, so about thirty minutes in paint later we have this! Yeah I half assed the city. I just wanted to slap some kinda quick background on it. Well, enjoy!
