At least, the way I choose to have my cubi means they are not demons at all. And yes, this is also an excuse to draw Jade in a kinda skimpy teacher outfit. I'm sure she is totally approving of it, too.

I think, aside from the bat like wings Hun, there's also basing it off if older texts. Succubi were never benevolent beings, and were known of robbing males of will, virility, and prosperity.
So, while modern day I could see that being a big faux paux, they might not have met any modern succubus, or worse, has them confused with the mortal variant of "Gold-diggers"

I always found it rather annoying how I get consistently associated with demons myself. I'm a monster not a demon, but I suppose some stigmas aren't so easily overcome. By the way, what's that thing that you like to do when no one is around? Mine is singing.(don't tell anyone else)
