Within the Japanese-styled Resort, the trio of big cats who had been together since their genetic conception find solace and recreation within its walls. While two return from the steam room, they encounter their brother alone in the dojo, honing his balance and technique.
Character Descriptions: Part of an experiment performed by a somewhat less-than-reputable genetics organization, these animal-men (commonly called Manimals by the superhero community) have gained their rights and freedoms, and stick together as brothers in their pursuit of happiness. From left to right:
Tan: A proud, studious learner of a Lion, dedicated to higher understanding. Taking inspiration from certain aspects of Japanese culture, and finding appeal in the ways of the Samurai, he indulges in various arts befitting to one of such a profession, though he remains primarily focused on education.
Tai: A dignified fighter, seeking physical perfection and greater strength. Attracted to the appeal that city life brings, this Tiger takes full advantage of the freedoms offered by various superhero organizations, moonlighting at special interest clubs while working at a non-human fitness center during the day.
Taz: The fun-loving socialite of the trio, this Sabertooth has embraced his new life far easier than the two whom he was grown with. A bodybuilding, partying, gaming, extreme-sports enthusiast who is better off among friends than when he's left alone, he is a youthful, charismatic and brotherly figure to everyone he meets.
