Considering I haven't used a pencil in this manner for, oh, well over five years now, I'm actually quite pleased with how this came out. I'll blame it on luck.

My reference was the photo on the right and was found in a Google image search with the keywords "afghan hounds" *.


So, I thought I would try my hand at my own request **, but first I have some practising to do!
