Those gauntlets are quite special. Marcus himself always tells something different about them on how he got them. Once he said he found them in some old catacombs, then he said he made them himself with the help of a dwarf, then he said he found them on the scrapyard or he got them from a powerful wizard. One thing is for sure thought, and thats that those gauntlets saved his ass more often than he can one can imagine. He still doesn't know what else those gauntlets can absorb, but he mostly relys on fire and electricity, because those two are pretty easily found and absorbed.
