It is really a price for all the edits. Before when someone approached me with absolutely no picture to refer, I was giving the concept, but I realized lots of peoples didn't have any idea of what their character looked like, so it took so much time getting done that I just don't design a character for free no more. So if you don't want to pay that, some sketches or even pictures are enough not to get that higher price.

OH! I am sorry. I have nicely done refs already for a bunch of my characters. So I was just wondering. I would pay it if it was needed in order to do the commission. I just didnt know if I commissioned a ref if it was 24$ plus the 6$
