This was the FIRST sketch ever done of Justin's current and final design. I was looking through a dog book, came across a Beauceron and thought 'now that looks almost exactly what Justin had asked me for- a wolf that looks like a rottie' After that moment, a new design was born.
This design was created in late October 2005. Jess was created November 5th 2005. About a week apart.
Examples of the dogs: http://www.pamperedpoochplayground......his-702140.jpg (kind of like a german shepherd doberman mix if you ask me) The markings were PERFECT as well as the colors.
As you'll be able to see on his character sheet he has the same exact markings as one of these dogs. The only difference is his breed. Notice how the muzzle marking doesn't just go straight up from bottom jaw to top jaw- it actually curves inward.
Rules for Crits:
No crits on old artwork
No crits on commissions/trades/requests/gifts/etc
No crits on 100% finalized products
Basically, if I want crits, I'll state it directly on the picture's description itself. If I don't, then just respect my wishes
