I only wish that this was actually the game over screen! XD
Alas, there's only one video game I can remember atm that had a game over screen I liked that was like this: Conker's Bad Fur Day/Conker Reloaded. Personally, I prefer the Conker Reloaded version since that one involved a tape gag! >X3

Neither have I! ; -P
I simp,y knew about this from looking up some things about certain games and suddenly came across the game over screen for Conker's Bad Fur Day! The game apparently has several game over screens. This one specifically has Conker kidnapped by the main antagonist, who uses him as a replacement for his wobbly table leg so his milk won't spill anymore. It shows him under the table leg squirming in his bindings at the end. In the remake, Conker has his mouth duct tapes shut with two strips of duct tape in the shape of an X.
Actually, I managed to find a picture of that very screen! X3

I remembered when I was young I wanted to rent that game from the video store. I asked my mom, she said sure at first but then as we were checking out some teenager at the counter said "You know that game is rated M for mature, right?" ...............(I secretly wanted to punch the day lights out of that kid when he said that to my mom cuz at the time she didn't know what game ratings meant)
So yeah haven't really played this game either cuz I wasn't "old" enough >:(
But besides all that :) cute pic

oh that is not a good memory for you for sure.
I never played Conkers games, but I had seen some clips on tv and the game play was filled with black humor and the story had really some hidden mature content stuff.
interesting enough that European rating agencies for videogames are rating different then those in America. For example Americans rate more strict in terms of sexual topics in video games, while German ratings are less strict in those cases.
On the other hand, american ratings are less strict in cases of physical violence in games then they are in Germany for example, there violence ratings are more strict^^

No it wasn't :( it was really embarrassing and also my mother was really disappointed in me for trying to trick her into getting a rated "M" game. I knew the game was mature but it looked liked it was intended for children cuz....well there was a squirrel on the cover. I remember playing a little bit of Conker in my late teen years but never owned the game personally by then N64 was sort of an out dated console so not a whole lot of people were playing them.
Yes you are right game ratings are different in other countries; over here we have: "eC" for Early Childhood, "E" for Everyone, "E+10" for Everyone age 10 and up, "T" for Teen, "M" for Mature, and "Ao" for Adults Only (Never in my hardcore gaming years I have ever come across or have seen a game with such rating, couldn't even name a game thats rated A.) I think over in the UK its +18 for a Mature game, actually now that I think about it since you live in Austria you would be apart of the game rating system known as PEGI. Meaning you would most likely share the same rating scale as in the UK and other countries in Europe. My mom however did look at the lettering cuz the game Conker had a Mature rating but she thought it was just a typo or a mistake cuz it looked like a kids game. But yeah like i said when we made our way to the checkout counter some teenager in line told us that that game my mother was getting wasn't appropriate for me to play. I think we just walked out of that store with just a movie idk if my mom had gotten anything for me that day. But I do however remember playing Donkey Kong on N64!
DK racing and other games that were Donkey Kong related :) I always wondered if there were any rope bondage scenarios DK was ever in...pretty cool tho I like the struggle you have him in. The one character from Donkey Kong I always wanted to see tied up was King K. Rool that fat good for nothing Croc deserves it. I remember playing the Donkey Kong 64 game and the very end where you had to fight King K. Rool was extremely hard and frustrating to beat. I sorta wanted DK and his friends to gang up on the king, take him by surprise by hogtying him and throwing him in a mud pit. >:) but in the end I finally beat the game with the help of a childhood friend from school.

Ah I see
thanks for the infos about this rating shorts. They are on the game packages even here in Europe, but we also have the UK ratings as you said, plus we have a german rating agency called FSK "Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle" (volunteers for selfcontrol)
Videogames rated in German are "Ohne Altersbeschränkung" (for you it would be E - everyone)
6+ is for videogames that still could be played by everyone but contain stuff that kids of a younger age are yet not able to understand, like reading skills are requested, that is why Pokemon is rated 6+ in its early years^^
12+ for games with amore serious plot but without any violence. Legend of Spyro for PS2 and Final Fantasy is rated for this age
16+ for games with mature content and slight violence, strong lenguage and stuff like some assassins creed games
18+ for games with mature content and hard violence, sexual topics and gore, like Elder Scrolls - Skyrim
Keine Jugendfreigabe for games that contain heavy bloody violence, you could say this to be 21+ rated
there are also additional ratings like contains drug topics, racism, mental disturbing and religious topics

Oh wow interesting, I didn't know you had some game ratings in German. Do you have a favorite game? or game type you like to play more often. As for me I can't say I have an all time favorite game. Skate 3 and Red Dead Redemption is about all i play now since I don't have Xbox Live at the moment, haven't paid my yearly subscription yet. Its only $40 so it isn't much.
my favorite genre of gamews are roleplay games (Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Breath of Fire) and some Action Adventure like Legend of Spyro
I like those games that tells us a story and that aren´t that much gameplay challenge oriented^^
You could say that Red dead Redemption is the western pendant to Skyrim, which is my favorite of this genre.^^

Yep! Red Dead is an action role playing game and its a ton of fun can't wait for the second one to come out this year for next gen. consoles. From what I've been reading on IGN and watching some gaming clips on youtube it looks amazing :)
But Pokemon...I have to say my love for Pokemon will never die, I've been playing a lot of Pokemon Go lately and of course I do remember playing the games on game boy and DS. My friend is gonna let me borrow one of his old 3DS and his Pokemon Sun game. He recently just beat it and doesn't play it that often anymore.
But some of my all time favorite video games has to be COD4, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, DK64, Skate 3 and last but not least Red Dead Redemption.

I'm not sure on this but I think I remember when young coming across a children's book where it had Donkey Kong but in a villain role and having captured Mario on a roller coaster, and him tickling the tied up Mario's feet with Princess Peach having to rescue him. I don't remember much aside from that though and I'm not sure if it's something I actually came across, though I think in the very earliest games Super Mario and Donkey Kong were in a game/games together and this picture brought the memory back.
Anyway, this would definitely be a humiliating but humorous game over screen and tickled to death would be a less painful alternative to other forms of death and Donkey Kong is one of those well known characters that don't seem to get tickled that often. Gorillas don't seem to be all that commonly tickled, so with the recent picture with Bruiser Kahn it's a good contrast with a deserving target and a defeated hero, though unlike Bruiser I think Donkey Kong will not be feeling quite so vocal, at least not with making threats.
With Diddy getting his feet free though I think he'll have freed himself and Dixie soon and could probably manage to overpower the Kremling. I wonder though if they'd free Donkey immediately or perhaps decide to tickle him some more first.
