In the streets of Los Angeles, waiting for a tank column to reinforce them, Mathew, his squad, and the Marines were supposed to watch a stretch of road for the eventual advance to liberate downtown Los Angeles, but of course something goes wrong.


Well, here is the revival to my story. It is so very different to what I originally intended, and it was even supposed to be longer. But that was an excellent point to end it, don't you think?

This segment lacked proper proofreading, but I think I did alright.

Also, I'm sorry it lacks any other perspectives... but I REALLY wish Matthew was the only perspective in this story. That will forever be a lesson learned: Multiple characters are tough.
