This needs some explanation. Back when I was in Baltimore, on the fourth floor of University of Maryland Medical Center's Shock Trauma unit has a picture of Bugs Bunny painted on one of the walls by an elevator. The picture is so awful, Bugs looks cracked out, and he has a third ear growing out from the top of his head. So, the last week I was in Baltimore before I moved to Pittsburgh, I made sure my partner Tammy got me a pic with "Crack bugs". Sorry for the crummy quality, it was her cellphone camera.
