Big pecs...how do I even? No seriously, its a subject I am interested in, just going past a certain size is getting the challenge in itself of "does it look good"

What you have right there is good. Just keep experimenting with it, and maybe try different angles, and watching bodybuilder videos to see how the pecs wrap and stretch around the body, and playing with the size.
I agree, the challenge is keeping the pecs large, while still making sure they function well.
