Well, their backstory is that they were made to be a sort of old folks home helper so elderly people could live alone with a fuzzy sweet caregiver. Unfortunately before the inventor could program a lot of functions, the inventor died. That left Heartbleed with incomplete coding and only the phrase, "I'm a mongoose." Which was supposed to be the start up sentence. So Heartbleed is just a very curious, clumsy android who wants to help but doesn't have the coding to help right. So don't ask Heartbleed to push an elevator button for you or they will press EVERY BUTTON.
