Okay, this story has been begging to be finished for over 6 months now x.x I finally got around to finishing it, it was originally going to be a gift for Sparky the Chu. The story was based off an old RP we both did involving Sparky and me in my Lugia form, though I decided to go with a regular Lugia in this story. The picture used for the thumbnail is also by Sparky, it was a small comic he made based on this story n.n Hehehe, well, anyways, hope you don't mind this gift being seriously late, Sparky.
