Either he's a top racing driver or he's a fool. In normal driving you NEVER put your feet on both pedals. In racing you sometimes do in rear wheel drive cars under braking to keep it from breaking traction, or front wheel drive to correct for understeer. Both while still shifting the weight of the vehicle.
