I like how you did the setting of the character, even the name matching the setting sun. You have a good eye for the form of the deer character and the tones for its muscles and fur.
The wings just seem a bit to short for her body though, they need too extend out a bit more to support her body. You have the idea down for the wing texture, but too many little sideways ‘U’s, just remember “Less is Better”.
Keep working on this character, you could do a lot more with her.
