Jinn: "So... I've been thinking. Daichi asked me to kidnap him. He wanted me to tie him up, muzzle him, and place him on this bed, and he's been enjoying every second of it. Is it technically still a kidnapping, even though he's not being taken against his will or anything? I mean he can't move, and he's at my mercy, but did I 'kidnap' him?"

There's an episode of Case Closed where a young girl tells her butler to "kidnap" her to make her father care about her. The butler rents a hotel room and the girl just stays there, no restraints or anything. After the event is solved, everyone still referred to it as a kidnapping. So... maybe?
According to dictionary.com, kidnapping is defined as "to steal, carry off, or abduct by force or fraud, especially for use as a hostage or to extract ransom." He was carried off by force, so in this case technically yes?
Legally, it's a no, because it has to be against the kidnapee's will... though the legal definition defines it as a crime so that's good that it's a no in that case!
oh... I think I went too in-depth hehe.
