Awww, quite a cute pic there =3 Everything is shaped very well, and the face is just adorable. Constructively, coloring with all of your strokes going in the same direction will give it a smother result next time. Mixing in shame shading with an slightly darker color (or a directly opposed one eg. blue vs. orange) would be an added bonus. :3
