That umbrella is nowhere near big enough they gonna have soggy diaps!
Also, when it comes to rain i recommend using a thinner like and being short and quick when drawing it to get the harsh feeling of the rain falling. Also try using white or a pail blue for the rain instead ^3^ And make sure to do the rain drops all down the picture
