Regin - A sophisticated piece of malware able to customise its loadout, as well as hide all of its data in a single encrypted file, making it perfect for spying on infected computers.
Brontok - Named after a species of bird native to southern Asia, this virus is capable of setting itself up to automatically run upon computer startup. It modifies Windows Explorer settings and folder options to deny access to any hidden folders it is stored in.
Melissa - A virus spread via Word Document macros, attached to spam emails containing the message “Here is that document you asked for…don’t show anyone else ” . The virus is also capable of disabling safeguards in Microsoft Word and spreads by e-mailing itself to the first 50 people in the infected users Outlook address book.
