Continuing with this series of pictures made back in 2014.
Why post them only in 2017 though? Back then VDOPlus and I wanted to post these together with a small story, he sadly was very busy at the time and we eventually forgot about this... Until now.

The bigger and stronger the goddesses grew, the faster their growth sped up. Kami was truly amazed, this being who had appeared from nowhere to cuddle her was completely beyond understanding. Her size and power were simply infinite. The more strength she gave Kami, the more Kami was able to see that Sunny wasn't just not trying to grow them both- she was trying very hard to not grow them even faster!
"You are incredible," she finally worked up the courage to say. "You are so huge, so powerful, so expansive... How could such a mighty being have heard of a simple Life Goddess like myself?"
Good news travels fast. I like to keep an ear out for awesome new goddesses, the kind who are nice and helpful and benevolent and really really cool. You know, like yourself!
At this point, Kami had grown enough that her paws reached down to Sunny's hips while her ears brushed Sunny's chin. But Sunny had grown so much that even the stars were too small to see without their powers. "You do have very big ears to hear with... But what do you mean by, 'awesome?' Do you mean you are here peacefully, not to cause trouble?"
... Did I not mention that? I was supposed to mention that. Oof, sorry, really sorry! Yeah, I'm just here to help, honest!
"But why are we growing? Why are you giving me so much power? My world is so small, and at this size I can barely find it in my own fur..." She was very worried about her world, even with Sunny's great power protecting it. Even if she was keeping it safe, what were the people of the world thinking? Were they afraid of how big the two goddesses had grown? Could they even comprehend what they had become? Surely they would be scared of such mighty beings looming all around them!
Well, we're goddesses. That's what all our totally great powers are for, right? To help us protect mortals and their worlds. And the bigger and stronger we grow...
Finally, Sunny relaxed the hug. She let Kami float down slightly, and rested a hand on her shoulder as she turned her around.
Kami wondered if, with having grown so much larger, nearly half of Sunny's height, she might be able to flee. To grab her world and use her new powers to escape and find somewhere safe from this wild goddess. But the hand on her shoulder felt so very gentle and warm. There was a kindness in the larger goddesses' smile and voice. If she really didn't mean any harm... She allowed Sunny to move her body and hold her, for now. She was still very worried for her world, but she didn't think she'd be able to escape this goddess if she tried.
Sunny reached out her other hand, and carefully gathered up a disc of lights in it- an entire galaxy! Effortlessly fitting into her palm! Kami quickly realized that it was her own home galaxy in Sunny's palm, and as she watched in stunned silence, she saw- no, felt- her beloved world floating out of her own fur and into its place in the galaxy. It quickly settled into its original position.
"I... I can see my own world. Even at this size, with so many worlds around it, I can see it even more clearly than ever before. Everyone on the world, I can see each person and creature staring back at us in awe... How can this be?"
Just a little help from a friend, heh! Sunny brought the galaxy in her hand closer, raising it up to Kami. I'm helping you use some of the power I've giving you. We're both bigger at this size, sure, but we're stronger, too, and that means we can do things like see an entire world even if we're way bigger than it.
"The people are not afraid, are they? I would never want to scare my world, not even for all the power in creation..."
If it was just me up here, I imagine they might be a bit scared, just from raw super-hugeness. But don't forget, they've got a familiar face looking down over them too. From what I can see, as long as they can see you, they're a lot more okay with all this! See?
Kami could see. She watched a young blue wolf look up at Sunny's face nervously, but then turn to look at Kami and calm down. She saw a giant colorful vixen curl protectively around some children, then slowly let them go as she saw Kami's face above. She saw a wild cat prepare to yowl at Sunny, but settle down as it noticed Kami at her side.
They trust you, Kami. They have faith in you to keep them safe and happy. They know you're a wonderful goddess, and if you're looking out for them, then no matter how big you get, they're gonna be safe. And they're right, aren't they? This whole time, you've been worried sick about them, and not worried at all about yourself! Even when I grabbed you up and smooshed you into me. Sorry about that again, by the way, I really did forget to introduce myself better!
"My world... Thank you so much. I am sorry to have frightened you, and I hope this other goddess with me did not scare you too badly." Slowly, carefully, Kami reached out and slid her hand between Sunny's palm and the galaxy. Although she didn't touch the tiny stars and planets inside, she could still feel them.
See? You're even doing it now! You're way better at this than me, I'm still just a goofy little young teen-goddess in training.
"You... Little? Young? In training? But you are so powerful! Even now we are still growing faster and faster because of your great size and strength."
Yup! Thanks, I do love hearing that <3 But even with all this power, I'm still learning to be the best goddess I can be. But you, you're a natural! You are SO GOOD at this. Things can be really unfair sometimes. You deserve to be a lot bigger and stronger and more powerful, both because you're such an awesome goddess and because it'll help you be better at goddessing!
"Is that why you are here?" Kami slid her free hand up, holding Sunny's fingers on her shoulder. "You want to share some of your power with me?"
