Has a huge sense of smell and is usually a happy and loyal pokemon but known for it's barking and biting. I imagine it wouldn't take long to realize the voice was coming from the Chatot and get annoyed.

His shame: I tried tricking Growlithe by mimicking our trainers voice.

Very good at mimicking stuff, including human voices. So I always imagined it something like a parrot who's messing with the other pets
