Some of these pokedex entries are BRUTAL. Like seriously. Says he's worthless pretty much all the time. Called pathetic constantly. One mentioned he could sometimes use splash to jump a mountain if he lived long enough but mostly that he's dumb and easy pidgey food. And that they are very fertile (one entry did say that.)
