"Sinnoh's Poketch labaratories is proud to present their newest project:
The Pi-2 mark one Pokemon Intelligent CHarge Unit, nicknamed Tesla.
Tesla's chirpy personality has been created trough interaction with real Pichu's, and is made possible by his Deoxys core type crystal processor that allows for learning trough experience.
In short Tesla is a happy little creature and seems aware of himself.
Tesla's power generating capabilities are still being finetuned as he seems to have inherited a dangerous habit from his Pichu friends by expressing his excitement by releasing high-voltage electric shocks, caused by a small but important fault in his insulation.
We hope to remedy this problem soon in the MK2 version of Tesla's body frame to avoid any accidents."

This started out as just another crazy doodle on a random piece of paper. He was meant as just a quick practice piece, never to be seen, but developed a little further than I had planned.
I hope you like him too. (^_^)
Edit: Corrected a little error in his eye and some spelling.
Edit2: Adjusted the colors, it was a little on the bright side.
