Speaking of Pokemon (and seeing the Raichu)... a question about Pokemon Moon: I understand that affection is needed and levels to evolve Pichu, but... why the f*** is a Lvl 29 Pichu not wanting to evolve??? It doesn't have an Everstone, I'm not refusing its evolution whatsoever, I've been leveling it up like mad, so wtf am I doing wrong????? >_<
