It's kind of hard to see cos the pic of them is small, but i'm going to take a stab and say the one on the right (viewer's right) is the juvenile. It looks like he/she has a bit of the white growing in at the base of the neck.

Yep that one was the juvenile Baldie. I think that they were both released since I posted this picture. The best way i have found to tell them apart (especially the first or second year baldies) is that the bill appears 'heavier' (wish i could explain that better). After the second year it's pretty easy, because their feathers appear to be more mottled, and after 4 years The Baldies definitely have more white in their head and tail feathers. after 5 years they have their adult plumage.

Never knew that about the beak. Learn somethin' new every day. :)
