Meet Mabel! The pony-cow cross daughter of Appel and Bessie (alternate canon). She took after her mother a lot, functionally being a cow, with traits derided from her pony father. Her horns merged into just one, her hooves are that of a pony, her tail is hairier, and she took after her father’s green coat.

As a cow, her body showed a lot of early developments, that may have been further accelerated by her mixed race birth. Already at 14, Mabel resembled any other dairy cow, but in a much smaller package. Though she has not shown any significant inclination to join that industry any time soon.

Due to only being 14, Bessie and Appel have yet to figure out whether she will grow to be broad and tall like her father, or remain short and portable like her mother. Her growth sports have been random and indecisive, much like her own personality.
