Finally finished the Otter vendor
not really gonna say much about them since they're pretty self explanatory on where you'll probably find them. But i will say 2 things 1: No the one at the top left is not nude, he's wearing a speedo and 2: yes there are 2 vendors in winter clothing that's because 1 is for cold climates and the other is for OMFG IT R FRZING!!!! climates.
