I'd say, the politicians(Jet Marine and Ms. America) and the others understood and reviewed the evidence. They talked to the President, Governor and Mayor. They understood.

Very well done, and I liked the courtroom scene. Can be tricky to do one of those realistically but I'd say you nailed it.

Loved reading this. The court room scene was brilliant. Felt really natural. Also loved the explanation of how his powers work.

Still, I can't imagine how much of a gut punch it must have been to see he'd been replaced.

Very well done here. it was very nicely written. I must say though, that city's the main DA is my own Elaine Danson(Red Panda) and the assistant DA is Fresca Hollingsworth (Snow Leopard). But Thornton fits in nicely as a top prosecutor in the Colmaton DA's Office.

The court scene was well done and real.

Also, guilty verdict on the lesser charges can be solved easily through good common sense as it was done here.

It does give Chris, time to grow and understand things.

Thanks, it looks like I needed to do more research before writing the scene, otherwise I would have used Elaine Danson or Fresca Hollingsworth, both of which I am only learning of right now. I can retcon and replace them if you'd like, but I am not sure if I would be able to correctly portray their personalities.

As you can imagine, the guilty verdict has more behind it than it seems. Remember what War Wolf said in the last chapter. She might not be wrong about Geneva.

The DA comes across as a judgy asshole, though.

"Team Lynx?! Lynx-2?! Evay, how come every time we talk I end up confused and with a headache?!" The wolf complained.

Mate this made me laugh so hard. And awwww, the scene of Evay finally catching up to Chris again after everything they have both been through was so very nice to see. I nearly blubbed.

This was an intense read. The court scenes are handled professionally.

I feel Chris is secretly becoming accustomed to blowing off his clothes and getting his muscles out XD. A certain lynx wants to see some of that XD.

You know though, I feel the BOS are building their own agenda up..I fear Star is seen less as a person and more of a tool/weapon to be harnessed by some people.

Heh, who would have thought GG would end up creating both the most hot headed character and the biggest airhead. Together they would be devastating.
