Pandaria's Biggest Troublemakers [COMMISSION BY COILLTE]
Original Submission: |x|
Life in Azeroth can be a bit stressful at times, even in the beautifully enchanting and pleasantly tranquil lands of the Wandering Isles. Some say that Pandaren brews may as well be nectars of goddesses, considering their miraculous ability to make nearly any and all of your problems blur out into nothing after a mug or six. As such, a Pandaren tavern is undoubtedly one of the most welcoming and uplifting places you could ever set foot inside.
However, if you ever see these three women come barging through that front door, then your evening is guaranteed to get 300% more interesting!
Shinzaemon, Tianchu and Shyueli: Aside from the first one's noticeably large stature, they may seem no different at first glance from any other group of daring adventurers that'd typically come passing through. Once they get their hands on their brew, however, they collectively become a fluffy, cuddly, gleefully drunken three-panda natural disaster.
Shin's a typically careful pandaren who's quite conscious of her towering size and herculean strength; but with a couple mugs of ale and a bit of teasing and egging-on from her friend Tianchu, she can easily destroy an entire tavern just from clumsily stomping and stumbling around, knocking over wine cabinets and crunching barstools underpaw! Other times Tian and others will goad the large fox-tailed panda into "showing off her strength" by punching shelves full of goblets and bowls into smithereens, or jumping onto a table and crushing it into dust under her bouncy rear-end. Though some patrons find Shinzaemon's destructive antics deplorable, most people who are able to witness the gargantuan sword-maiden's exceptional feats of strength are either too amazed or too inebriated to care at all about the damage and demolition being caused.
Even though she’s not as large as Shin, Tianchu’s just as fun-loving and rambunctious as her, if not moreso! To her, a tavern visit is just another kind of adventure, and she intends to make each and every one of them as fun, exciting and unforgettably rampageous as possible! Even if she’s not the brightest bulb of the bunch, her talents as a brewmaster and her legendary levels of alcohol tolerance let her guzzle down endless amounts of ale, wine, mead and stout alike, leaving a trail of empty kegs in her wake wherever she wanders!
Shyueli is neither a troublemaker, a ditz nor a klutz like Tian or Shin, but more of an overprotective little sister that tries to keep her two best friends out of trouble; even though she knows that she usually can’t. Despite this, she does an excellent job of picking up the pieces and giving them a rope to grab onto when they fall into waters too treacherous to escape from by themselves. However, this doesn’t stop her from having some rum-induced fun of her own, and despite her small stature, she can easily and miraculously outdrink both of her companions without batting an eye! (If this were a tale of modern days in the world as we know it, she’d be the group’s full-time designated driver without a doubt.)
Some people hate them, but most people love and adore them. Even if their rambunctious antics usually result in one hell of a mess to clean up once it's all over, their exuberant merriment is more than enough to inspire friends, strangers and kinsmen alike in such tumultuous and uncertain times. In short: They’re not the party animals that Azeroth deserves, but they’re the party animals that Azeroth needs!
