My naga chara from Furcadia, after his punishment for his various crimes against his master, the unseelie fae queen, some of which include: withholding information, initiation of one into his magic without permission, revealing fae secrets, and carrying on an unsanctioned love affair. The rubies at his throat are from a lock given to him as a token of his lover's feelings, enchanted to remain in the wound from having his throat torn out for so long as he continues to love him. The wound is unable to ever fully heal, rendering him mute. There is also an engraved heart-shaped plate embedded just barely under the skin between his shoulderblades, also from the lock, with razor sharp edges to cause continual pain. The scars on his lip, nose and ear are from having his piercings torn out, though he intends to have them re-pierced once he has healed and is sure his punishment is over. His long hair was hacked off as well, but has already begun growing out again. The bruises and cuts have mostly healed.
