Why shouldn't this be allowed ? Do you think they have staff in the zoo, which commands all the children to turn around when this occurs ? Or that the animals will wait till no kid is around ?

It's just against the rules for FA not saying its bad

This image does not shows any of the mentioned human parts, the picture is not focused on the genitals of the bear, the bear is not a sexual toy, nor does it show violence, death, scars or wounds. I don't think the bear does anything illegal or what could allude anybody to illegal activities...

So I guess the pic is not against the FA rules

That may be possible, but still the picture is of the whole bear, not only of that part of him. (and if with the focus someone would mean what part is the sharpest - which part has the best focus, then it would be his neck...)

To tell the truth, I wasn't able distinguish if it is a cock or a tongue, even when I think it is the tongue. It's just a tiny bit, that is seen at all. If you read the topic and description of the picture, aswell as the discussion, I didn't write it IS a cock But you know... with furries the more cock is on the pic, the more interest is in the pic... And if there is no cock at all, you need to at least pretend it is there
