Izaak has such dangerously stanky foots, that they are classified as class 1 weaponized stinkers. So once a month he is required by the military to report once a month for a mandatory foot scrubbing. Industrial pneumatic scrub brushes, industrial degreaser from a car wash, and felons working off a debt to society are all required to get his huge extremities clean enough for public safety. This is not easy. Especially since his feet are so strong and ticklish. So he needs to be restrained in thick metal stocks with his toes restrained in special ergonomic bars with large gaps in them for access to the webbing. It takes almost an hour to get them scrubbed clean, this would not be possible without the restraints. He fights back a lot during, but doesn't put up a fight going in at least.
