Yes, and no. It is a Latios/Rayquaza hybrid, but it also has a few attributes from my Kaiser form (i.e. my silverish-white color in some spots. ^.=.^) I'll send you a bio and info. ^.=.^

Hehehe, sowwy, but you are far too late... I started drawing some time ago...so to do practice, I took requests over all the place, but a scanner lack and some lazyness too has gave me a whole number of 14 requests to do, so I stopped getting requests, but before going to work on the requests, I took the time to make avatars to my close friends...so they weren't waiting for them and going around without them for a long time.
But now I need to finish the requests and gifts I promised I would do, so then I can start finally taking comissions XP, I need money for a pretty big objective for my future and future happiness....
And the "worst" it's that I am getting comissions now XD, so my requests are slowing down, right now I am doing a comic <3, comissions have priority you'll see...
If you would like...I am doing colored avy's for $5, just in case you are interested...because I really need to finish all those requests XD, so I really can't stress myself further taking more, comissions are an exception ;3. Hehehe....

my vaporeon is actually green instead of blue OR purple...cool, and quiet...and has little shades with no ear parts...where his eyes are still showing...eyes are slender, female like, and has yellow inner fins. Eye color is yellow, the frill around his neck is white like original vappy. Thats about all i can explain...
