For a difficult pose you did a really good job. :3 I suggestion for poses in anatomy is through observation. A lot of artrists do that for practice till the get the hang of it.

Practice makes perfect and I love seeing a fellow artists grow, I used to be where you are when it comes to drawing. Practice and time helps as well as patience. I have a lot of How Top draw manga books from different authors and comic writers.
