That's right it me. c:
It looks like Gen is being questioned (possibly by Pheonix himself in this case) and is hiding something! But I think with that look of timid denial on her face, you don't need a magatama to tell she's got a little secret she doesn't want to share. :)
I really wanted to do something like this, after a sudden hit of inspiration.
The chains are from a custom Clip Studio Paint brush, the Psyche-Locks were just ripped from a HQ screenshot and touched up and the background....well is pretty much just ripped from the game and touched up as well. ^^;; BUT Gen is drawn from scratch so that counts!
I wanted to make this a little special and try shading it in a way that recreates the 3D Sprite look from Dual Destinies/Spirits of Justice. I think it turned out alright for an attempt at soft shading! :)
