Any one read Death Note? This is Matsuda who turned into a fish man during an RP, later inspiring a superhero I created called Eel Man >8D who kicks ass. >.> I have yet to draw a decent picture of him yet. D:> there are no fish! I had to pick amphibian because technically, he does breath water and air.
