Where I live, it's kinda hard to keep going about in shorts. Specially since the temp usually gets to be about -32 Fahrenheit. Where I used to live it would get to be about in the -50s. uwu
Well actually after years of living in such temps, you get so used to it that you can probably go about everywhere in shorts. Though I myself at least require a warm poofy hoodie.

Really? I never saw them that way. Most people I know who wore cargo shorts around did it because of the storage space. At least Cargo shorts look like khakis, which are more acceptable to wear.
