Another one of my more developed characters. Jon is his name but usually goes by Crazy Jon. Just your local conspiracy theorist trying to enlighten the world about how the government's spying on you. Although pretty crazy, he's quite friendly and cheerful. This was actually a drawing I started way back in November around when I started uploading drawings here. I never got around to actually finishing it until yesterday after months of sitting in a folder.
