Snakes are adorable, but I hate anthropomorphizing them (as well as many other reptiles) because they suffer from the “featureless head” problem (i had made a post about it but that was just before my blog got nuked. In short: no ears, no horns, no hair, no good. The head just looks like it’s missing something.) I’ve added the bunny ears to try and compensate for this.
I should really just start drawing hair on them. I don’t like giving animals/Pokemon things they don’t have when i anthropomorphize them (I even do dumb things like preserving the number of digits they have on their hands and feet, though giving them arms and legs if they lack them is the one exception i am willing to make because they are a necessity), but i don’t see why i can’t give a snake a wig.
