It's food! They're little soft breads of Chinese origin that are filled with various things, both sweet and savoury, which are steamed in a special utensil, rather than baked.

I can sometimes have an extremely hard time getting to sleep/staying asleep. It's not insomnia or anything equally as 'dickish', but it's a genuine problem that I often blame upon the evil video game monster....
