I got it and the tail from Christine at https://www.myfavoritehat.com . She is an awesome costume designer specializing in cosplay stuff. She is also very affordable. I think she charged me 14$ for the hat and it was all custom work. I'm about to have her do me a bunch of bear and wolf stuff so I can dress up my studly str8 friends and pounce them good (I know they want it).

Thanks for the link! I just tried to visit it, and it shot me to an ebay store, but with a message that the store doesn't exist. Bummer. If you know of another way to get ahold of the designer, I'd love to hear about it!
