You should always cultivate your child and/or young relative when they show an interest in art. While my niece doesn't draw much now, she used to have stories and drawings of fantasy worlds. They would always have backstory to them...then i came along and messed them up for her! But we would always have fun doing so. Eventually she would draw just to see my take on it. this is where I started getting silly and it only got worse. :)
