I know someone who claimed they owned this character before they closed down their FA. I believe it's the person you originally sold him to? I could be wrong, the person I know might have got him through someone else. But I think the person I know might have sold him to Lykos.

If you did get it from the person I know, I can tell you he wouldn't have wrongfully stolen the character, so I'm not sure you'd need to contact Paypal for a refund. But, I obviously don't know the full situation so it's hard for me to put in my two cents without being able to say where he got it from.
