But then it's either got a rope made of metal, or the gem is lighter than air. With it being a string rather than a flat collar, there's no resistance from the fur, and it would probably just slip through at least a fair amount of it. Unfortunately, I don't own a fox yet, so I can't just test out my theory. XD
