Happy holidays to my furfamily love you all tons and tons
I worked ages on this so much detail but i wanted to really get it right and give my furfamily something special, baby gem mentioned she wasn't feeling the holiday spirit but mainly feels it doing this like baking for the holidays so that inspired this

YupPup and
Bulldoq are all wearing outfits that really exist, though gems is sightly altered, as is toasts and i added the bow for penny. Mine I made up, it's impossible to find a good Hanukah dress.
There's a little story below...hoping I got it enough in character sorry if i didn't
Story: It was the morning of the twenty fourth and already the house was filled with family staying over for the holidays, with more on their way. The house was decorated, the presents wrapped, under the tree and the menorahs were prepared with candles. The holidays seemed so close the little cubs could already taste the latkahs and candy canes as they got into their holiday clothing with help from their parents. Ari’s big brother Parker, who she insisted on calling Toast, was asked to watch some of the children while the adults went to pick up the rest of the family coming in at the bus station, train, and airport.
Penny, Ari’s twin sister, sat reading on the sofa, while baby Gemma played with her stuffed caterpillar, watched by Toast. Ari came up behind Toast and pounced “can we has cookies?” she asked leaning over Toast’s head and looking at him upside down. “What cookies?” he asked as Gem giggled and started to babble “cookie..cookiee”. Penny put her book down and stood up “We could make cookies. I know how in my easybake”. “But those are tiny,” Ari pouted “we should make enough for everyone! Toast can you teach us?” The young dog looked from one five year old to the other, both were staring at him with big puppy dog eyes, he sighed and gave in “I’ll get the recipe book” he said getting up as the twins cheered happily and Gemma imitated, not really sure what they were happy about but it had to be good, there was shiney stuff everywhere and she was sure the older kids had said the word cookie.
Soon, with the older two girls and Toast working together, they had all the ingredients and tools set up on the kitchen table. Gem stayed under their feet watching the commotion and trying to help. When everything was set up Toast sent the twins to wash their hands and picked up gem washing hers and his. Penny began to get the ingredients, as Toast read them off and told the girls what to do from a cookbook. Ari wanted to make sure Gem helped to so she picked her up and helped her to stir the ingredients together. When it was all put together the twins cut out shapes with cookie cutters and Toast put the cookies into the oven putting a baby gate around it. The girls watched it cook from outside the gate. When the oven dinged Toast took the cookies out and made the girls wait until they cooled to decorate. Penny and Ari found it fun to try to paint designs with the frosting, but Gem kept trying to eat hers before it made it onto the cookies. None of them seemed to notice or care that there was almost as much of the ingredients on them and the table as in the cookies. As they finished, their parents started to return met by floury, frosting covered hugs and promises of the bestest cookies everer.

What a wonderful story, Ari. It was super-duper easy to visualize. I particularly liked how you honored both Chanakuh and Christmas. They both happened the same time this year and certainly are always great to acknowledge as religion does play a bit part in what makes for this special time of year.
I particularly enjoyed the amount of detail you put into the image! It's epic! I bet this tok you quite awhile to do, but the time was certainly well spent. The designs certainly aid in providing the message of how so many can come together to bake cookies and spread merriment.
By any chance is Toast one of LeonXIII's characters? I'm familiar with a character that looks like Toast that I wasn't sure if it was him, or someone else. :)
Happy chanakuh, Ari! May you and your family enjoy a most delightful holiday season together! :)
