I don’t want to wait
Not even a few hours more
To unwrap my present
By throwing that speedo on the floor
I know the day is tomorrow
But I don’t really care
As I’m eager to give a squeeze…
To what you’ve got going on in there!
Perhaps I’m a bit impatient
Given it’s only a few hours from today
But I’m got an itch in my paw
To throw that dang speedo away!
Oh the things I’ll do with my present
and I’m sure you’d like to know…
about where I plan to put it
and just where it will go!
I’m not a picky lion
It doesn’t take much to fit the bill
All I want is what’s in your pants
That would simply be a thrill!
So forget waiting until x-mas
I’ve simply forgotten how
To wait until the 25th
That speedo has to go NOW!

I always try to think of something witty to say...and I often will wait allowing others to get their comments in before I say something...as I've noticed I'm usually the post that breaks the momentum....
but alas, I've cum to comment!
Firstly, Thank you baby! Your holiday works are always my favorite not because I'm the recipient but because you work so frenzied to get it all done! This year was no exception!
You know how fond I am of the red speedos and it's always a treat for the holidays because they are the color most suited to be worn! You always do such a lovely job of them and bring out the color that intrigues me most. That glossy red apple color from Snow White always caught my eye...and this is right on par!
The poems are always clever and inspiring as well! I had again thought to make a witty comment but I think you deserve more then just an innuendo wrapped in a poem and bombed on the page! You deserve a well thought out and articulated comment that doesn't leave you to wonder "what does that mean?"
Your work always captures the spirit of the season, and the feelings in the eyes!

I'm still amazed I managed to get so much done, between decorating and running around, not to mention having had that stupid garage to empty every few days. I had actually started this one before all the other ones I posted before it, but as always it gets put aside to get other stuff done first, as I always like to save the 'main' ones of us until the big day as naturally, it's the most important.
I actually had to re-write the poem too, I had jotted it down in a word document but it got lost...or deleted, seems the original sounded wittier to me but I could be wrong, but the basic idea's the same :p Red's probably my favorite to do, alongside blue...I've worked a bit over the years trying to get the best 'palette' for it and, I think I'm finally there with the last few.
Anyways, thank you again for all the wonderful things..it's was a great Christmas, I'm glad my problems seem to settle down around that day, hope that's always the case at least.
