Decivii can take many forms, and well enough that it can be hard to tell what they actually are.

They're typically found as an asura, but even then it's difficult to say whether that's because they actually ARE an asura, or if they just like it the most.

they also remain very androgynous across forms, and can present as either male or female. So it's hard to say which they truly are in that regard too.
